My favorite is when they present at triage with nausea, vomiting & diarrhea for 20 mins, vitals normal, moaning and groaning about how sick they are and need to see a doctor immediately but once they're in the waiting room you see them eating a big bag of Doritos chips.

this had me rolling.. a woman brings in her grandchild and is very upset as the child's "belly button is falling off". for a second i thought this could be some sort of emergency but in fact the kid had a baked bean in his belly button. for fuck's sake.
