Patient admitted after drinking antifreeze – had stomach pumped and went through dialysis. After almost dying, patient was transferred to psych ward for continued evaluation and to get help with drinking problem.
Perhaps it would have been a good idea if she didn’t continue drinking from the hand sanitizing gel dispensers around the wards and in the reception area.
