Male patient high on meth is brought in and admitted. He was placed in a room and about 10 minutes later the charge nurse comes out and asks if we’ve seen a naked man come out. The patient’s clothes were folded neatly on his bed but no one could find him. We end up finding him in a closet crouched with his knees to his chest and muttering to himself.
